D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of those Terms, or any Supplemental Conditions, is for virtually any motive deemed invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of capable jurisdiction, then that provision will likely be deemed severable from these Conditions or the extra Terms, along with the invalidity
